Spotlight on The Handprint Lady

"So much of me is made of what I learned from you.  You'll be with me like a handprint on my heart."

Monica Lasich was the busy owner of a paint-your-own ceramics store and the happy mother of six children.  As the kids grew and needed Monica more at home, she began taking her work home with her, creating beautiful clay handprint plaques at the request of some of her customers.  Within a short time, after seeing the benefits of working from home, Monica shut down her store front and dove into the clay print business with both feet.  She spent her days perfecting her technique, testing new clay and glazes, and opened her first online store.

Although Monica is based in Irvine, California, orders soon started to come in from all over the United States.  Mothers, Grandmothers, Sisters and even Husbands loved the idea of giving a gift that would forever bring cherished memories to their loved ones.  In order to help these customers, Monica invented a technique that would allow the hand and footprints to be mail-ordered - her mess free and goof proof Prints by Mail.

Monica says, "I was really on the fence about email marketing, but after trying Email Contact (along with many others), I settled on Email Contact for their ease of use.  I have always gotten sales after each of my email campaigns, making it well worth the cost and effort."
